Application & Leasing

  • What is the application process and timeline?

    The client applies, paying the admin and app fee. The client provides proof of income, etc. Files are approved or denied within 72 hours.

  • What documents are required to apply?

    State-issued ID, passport, proof of income.

  • Can I lease an apartment without an in-person visit?

    Yes! You can lease an apartment at Olympus Chandler at the Park without an in-person visit. Applications are approved or denied within 72 hours.

Fees & Payments

  • What fees are due at move-in and what fees are due when I apply (application, admin, deposit)?

    Apply: admin & app fee. Deposit within 72 hours. Move-in fees: rent, prorated rent, all additional fees, pet rent, pet deposit, etc.

  • Are there additional monthly fees (pet rent, parking, amenities)?

    Yes, pet rent $35, parking $30 carport or $175 garage, etc.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Cashier's checks/money orders.

  • Are late fees charged for late rent, and when?

    Yes, applied on the 4th of the month at 8% of base rent.

Resident Policies

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests can stay with the tenant for a maximum of 14 days.

  • What is your smoking policy?

    Our property is a non-smoking community.

  • What are the hours of operation for amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse)?

    Most amenities are available 24 hours. 

  • Are there community events or resident programs?

    Yes, we have weekly community events. For more details contact our leasing office.

Parking & Transportation

  • Are parking permits required?

    Yes, parking permits are required at Olympus Chandler at the Park. Carports are available for $30 per month, and garages are available for $175 per month.

Utilities & Services

  • How do I set up electricity, water, and internet?

    Contact SRP for electricity. Contact Cox for internet. We set up water in the office.

  • What internet or cable providers service the community?

    Our community offers Cox for internet and cable.

  • Is renters insurance required?

    Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at Olympus Chandler at the Park.

  • Is trash, recycling, and pest control provided? If yes, what are the fee costs?

    $6 pest control / valet trash $30 / community trash is RUBS.

Maintenance & Community Support

  • Is emergency maintenance available 24/7 and how do I submit an emergency maintenance request?

    Yes, contact the office number and follow the prompts.

Move-In & Move-Out

  • How do I schedule my move-in date and time?

    We will contact you to set this up, or you can simply contact us.

  • What is the move-out notice period?

    We require a written 60 day notice to vacate.
